Omg Pally. I think you are my food Soulmate. Can't wait to see what you come up with! Someone in chat told me once that the only thing they knew about "mypally" was that he liked food a lot. Damn! Lol. Wish there was good food in Florida. You should take pictures when you go out to eat, too =P Mushroom-stuffed Ravioli I think sounds the best. oh man. I'm jealous. Last night Emi-Emi-Poemi came over and she made Fajitas with red green and yellow peppers and onions.. . Mmm was delicious. I unfortunately forgot to take a picture =(! But they were very tasty. I suggest them to anyone. It was a really quick make, and the fajita seasoning can be bought in a package or kit for under 3 dollars. Chicken Tenderloins were about 6 dollars. Fed 5 with leftovers. =) My friend decided to make the leftovers into a fajita taco salad thing. Here's her lunch. I don't like Guacamole so much, but damn, it looks good. Might have to make one, too.

I would normally not double-post, because I hate it when people do that, but this was so yummy, I had to bump the thread up a little. Emi and I made this for dinner tonight. We cooked at a friend's house and his wok caught on fire while we were heating the noodles lol, so they tasted a little smokey. Emi was sad, but I still thought it was fantastic. Beef and Broccoli with wide Lo Mein noodles. Made the sauce on it from scratch; Garlic, Ginger, red pepper flakes and Hoisin sauce, honey and white wine vinegar in there. =) Enjoy~

I love seafood. Fried shrimp, butterfly shrimp, cocunut shrimp, crabcakes, crabs, lobster. . . Mmm, foodgasm. I don't know if anyone posted this website, but this is apparently a website for people who seek high blood pressure. www.thisiswhyyourefat.com

My dinner tonight: I apologize for the quality of the picture. First, I'm taking it with my phone. Second, my apt. has god-awful lighting so I had to move the shoot to the fridge (I'm so very resourceful). Anyway, it's couscous with roasted root vegetables. Both are leftovers. For the veggies, I took some red potatoes, carrots, turnips, onions, and beets (that's why everything is so red), cut them up into chunks, drizzled it with olive oil, hit it with some minced garlic and some fresh rosemary, and stuck it in the oven for 20 minutes or so. Earthy, meaty, and a hint of sweetness. No, I'm not on a "diet." I'm just trying to eat in a way that is healthier, kinder to animals, and environmentally sustainable.

There is a pizza joint in my town called Hollywood Pizza. The Caddyshack pizza is the best pizza I've ever eaten. It's got an alfredo base, chicken, bacon, mushrooms, and mozzarella cheese. Best, pizza, ever.

And Pally, ;O Do the beats taste over-powering at all in that dish? 'Cause I'm pretty sure that's like.. the only veggie I remember not liking...unless that was radishes. . . but anyway; that looks fantastic. How many people do you normally cook for when you make stuff at home?
