This a Japanese desert/snack takoyaki. It may not look or sound tasty but, it is very delicous.. Its like a donut with a piece of octupus or squid inside it covered with sea mayo. Once you take a bite of it... its one hella yummy donut.

Cheese ravioli covered in mushroom Alfredo with a little Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt. Probably my favorite thing to make when in a rush.

This Lumpia, basically Filipino egg rolls. These are so good. Being Filipino myself, I'd eat these all time whenever we had a party or we went to other parties.

Cheese Quesadilla with hot sauce Actually, I like just about anything spicy as long as it looks appetizing. I'm a bit picky

So I made this with Emiemipoemi the other night. It's a red-potatoe casserole thing with broccoli and a cheese sauce. I forgot to take a picture before we ate it all... so I bet it looks kinda gross now, but we had it with cheeseburgers. It was really yummy.

So I was really pissed off last night while making dinner.
I don't normally make Velveeta, I definitely prefer Kraft Mac and Cheese products with powdered cheese+butter and milk instead of a package of slimy cheese paste. But I did it anyway. I had two packages that had been sitting in my pantry for a while, and I could use the room in there, so I took them out.
One package was Broccoli and cheese with Rotini. Yum. I love Broccoli. My boyfriend doesn't, though, and it was only enough for 2 people and I had three to feed. I looked at the other box. Just Cheese. Shells. Only serves two.
So like a cheap-ass college student, I put the two together and figured since I had so much pasta and cheese, adding the broccoli to so much wouldn't be a big deal at all for people who don't like broccoli, right? Because it would be so diluted among the pasta, right?
So I am wicked excited to have broccoli for the first time in a while since my boyfriend never eats it . . . but here are the directions to this stupid-ass concoction:
1. Bring water to a boil and add uncooked pasta. Cook for 4 minutes. (I do this with both boxes) 2. Add broccoli package to water and continue cooking for another 4 minutes.
Now I look at this step and think . . . Weird... I understand it's dried packaged broccoli... but it's SO tiny, why would I add it to the boiling water when I know I have to drain my pasta after it cooks? So I look at the next step.
3. Drain pasta.
Well what do you f**k**g know?! All the broccoli fell through the strainer holes and out of the pasta, so it turned out I didn't get my broccoli after all. I think there was a whopping 2 tiny pieces of broccoli heads in my pasta. Thanks, jerks. I forgot to take a picture, though. Next time. I think I'm going to make it again just so I can take pictures, email Velveeta, and tell them how much of a stupid idea this was.
/end rant
Thanks for listening.

Velveeta has always been mediocre, Kraft and Cracker Barrel are my favorites.
