For me it's their looks (mainly big boobs lol) and their personality which appeals to me and i gotta say anything that looks hot or sexy will make guys attracted to it lol

Even I sometimes find fake *in the terms of anime/movies* girls attractive, and I am in no way shape or form anything other than straight.
They have qualities I wish I did, and don't. They look prettier, they have better lives, they can do anything and get anything that they want in the world. They're just better than average, and a lot of "real" girls cannot be that way. I can understand why "boobs" is a common answer, because you're thinking in a sexual sense. But you know what? Not only large-breasted woman in Anime can be found attractive, so I find that void.
I think it's just the unreality that goes with them. It's the same way that games themselves can be attractive. Not in a sexual way. They just let you go into an un-real world and do what you please, with no consequences. This is why they are attractive.
