Well, it most likely has something to do with what the average male finds attractive, which usually has something to do with large breasts, a main part of hentai. Without getting into freudian pathologies, fake women are more interesting to the average male, they can do things real women cannot, and it attracts most men. Men simply can get aroused by anything they consider resembling the female form, a picture, a polygon, anything, it's just nature.

Its probably just a personal issue. I mean, there's always a range of tastes in what we find attractive or sexy in a woman, from simple boobs vs ass topics right down to getting turned on by feet (True fetish btw).
tbh, I dont find hentai, anime or any animated females hot. Sure they look hot, but not enough to give me a stiffy. I don't like the OTT and overly sexual style of them. Its too forced and comes off as embarrasing. And the thought that some guy in a dark room could have drawn it would put you off any day.

It's the "features". We associate tight clothing and big boobs as being good sexual things.
