Ummm I'm not gonna make some sort of an intelligent post, because I think it's an unecessary thing to do to answer this question.
They've got big boobs. They look like whatever you want them to look like. Do you like women with cat ears? There ya go. Elves are more your style? Bam. You like purple eyes? Fine, whatever. They're anything you want them to be.

I think it's because they can look however you want them to look and do whatever you want them to do. But that's pretty much been said realy, don't know what more I could add to this thread.

here's another question, why does japan have horrible censorship The reason is explained here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Censorship_in_JapanAs for the original question I think I agree with most when animated characters can be perfect. They don't have the flaws real people do and quite frankly while people like that aren't physically possible (naturally) it's still attractive due to the fantasy aspect. Thinking about it, I find it funny because a person who looked like an anime character in real life would be scary as hell, but somehow is attractive in 2D lol. |

If you've ever watched Genshiken, you'll learn that 2D girls are symbols of ideals or fantasies and it's only natural to respond to such symbols. In fact if you can't relate 2D girls to such things, there's something wrong with you or so I learned from that show.

Fooly cooly all around.
Really its all in the artstyle that is doen. Does the artist want her to look more realistic, give that character angelic or demon wings? Look at my fave show(fooly cooly, flcl) for instance, it gives some crazy scenes, and makes the girls total flirts. Having a girl shoot out a punching glove from her vag at a perv always cracked me up.

With fake women you can imagine their feelings or how they act or what they like,basically you can make an image or thing resemble what you want but cant get in real life.Either because want you want is perfection or what you want is taboo and wierd and maybe ****ed up,I enjoy hentai because the amount of variety and things like that.
