Toradora is somewhat a sad anime at certain moments...Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien..(i think its spelled right) is really really really sad...

I've watched all of Key anime's series, all of them made me tear up at parts:
Kanon
Clannad
Air
Especially Clannad, I teared up a LOT during After Story, the second season.

Zeta Gundam perhaps....,It just has plenty of sad moments. Yeah, It has a lot of depressing moments with Kamile. Poor kid and also one of the Best Gundam anime series ever. |

Definitely Clannad After Story, but you gotta watch Clannad first though, and that isn't sad at all.
