Communism id totally misunderstood. If, in some impossible parallel universe, the leader was not corrupt, it is possibly the perfect system.

Communism is almost the perfect system, but the public usually doesn't truly understand, and others just think "Damn Commies". Like ZE CHOPPA!!! said, if the leader was not corrupt, it could be perfect.

the thing is communism would work if there is an unlimited amount of resorces but since we dont have that it dose not work. that is probably one of the reasons living conditions in soviet russia were verry bad.

i don't believe communism is evil, but i believe that it is a corrupt system. A person in congress would have about as much power as someone in a small shack home.

Misunderstood. Perhaps one of the most misunderstood systems of government. I'm actually a fan of Communism, for the most part. I'm fix'n to bust out my CommieBot avatar, just for this thread.

There is no right and wrong, no good and evil, no black and white, just fucking people and their oppinions, religions and whatever... so just think, do and believe whatever you want.

Communism works perfectly on paper, but does not work at all in practice.
Let's say we have 2 people working in a factory. One is very efficient and hard working. The other is lazy and slacks off. Under communism, they will both be paid the same amount, this is the main flaw with it. There is absolutely no reward for working hard, so most people will simply stop trying to do well. Production would fall greatly due to there being no incentive to work hard, and the factory would be shut down.
Also, it's not evil at all, just flawed.

I think revisions need to be made. I like the idea of Communism.
I think being payed the same amount is fine, but this is how I think there should be a set amount of hours or some sort of quota the person must reach if he's going to be paid.
The easiest example would be to show doctors and farmers. So doctors and farmers get paid the same amount. However, the farmer has to have a certain number of crops by the end of a certain time and the doctor must provide care for a number people. These numbers of course would have to be calculated to fit the needs of the current life style, economy and such, and could indeed be subject to change if need be.
If the person doesn't doesn't reach the quota, he won't be paid full amount, but will have the opportunity to regain the lost income by doing whatever he needed to do to earn the full sum. Of course he'd have to reach the amount due for next pay day until he could work for the remainder of what needed to be done.
I personally like this because it shows that people will be working for their full extent; people working for the people. I always loved the idea of man working to make his community better.
Now of course because of the way things were set up we could still see people being in the "lower" class. But that's only because they didn't work to their full extent. On the other hand their would never be a "upper" class. Just equals. People are not created equal, they make themselves equal.
Now this is just a very vague (perhaps incoherent) idea sketch of what Communism should be. Obvious questions arise like "What if a person is injured and is unable to work?" How is one supposed to get themselves out of that much debt? Well those are good questions, and I dont know.

i think communism is pretty much misunderstood i mean if it were the other way around and russia had a capitalist society and thy hated us thy would still look like bad guys because they have different ideals than us

Communism is not evil. Although it would never truly work it is an interesting force that has shaped the 20th and 21 centuries. In modern economics in fact you see many nations drifting towards a middle between captialism and socialism. This is most apparent in America possibly adotping more social programs and China allowing more personal ownership and enterpise.
