What... the... hell... I went back last night to try and fix a clip I had uploaded wrong, and suddenly I was transported to a Youtube page... or so I thought. Lo and behold, JTV's stolen Youtube's layout and what's worse, there's NO FRIGGIN OPTION TO DELETE OR DIRECT DOWNLOAD anymore!!  Does anyone happen to know how I can get the old format back, or at least how to direct-download clips and delete? Because if I can't do either of those, then highlighting will almost cease as far as my end, and I really don't wanna stop just because of system idiocy... |

they're constantly f♥cking with things, just give them a week or so and they'll sort it out

If by JTV = youtube you mean the entire site is constantly trying to become more 'edgy' and removing awesome features while added new useless ones, then yes, JTV is slowly becoming the new youtube. Honestly, I can't think of anything thats been improved or even needed to be change. JTV was practically perfect months ago. Nice layout, numerous useful features etc. nothing had to be change tbh. Now they're slowly messing everything up while not focusing on anything that actually needs fixing. And from my experience of complaining/advising website managers, they tend to do fuck all and not listen. It's sad really, because even in its current state when compared to other live streaming sites, JTV is still the best one out there. -_-

For the direct download issue, there is an add on for Firefox called FlashGot that should fit your needs. Thanks!! I got it, but how do I use it? It won't download the video itself when I go to the specific clip's page.... |

Isn't there a way to tell the JTV staff(and make them listen) so they can revert it back to the way it once was?

Well, there's supposedly the jtv office channel where you can chat with them directly, but I've tried that so many times and they don't seem to respond. And emailing them is a lost cause because you'll only get sent an automatic message. The only way I can see them changing it back is by complaining to youtube about how they've ripped off their layout. I don't know why I keep putting that off. >.< |
