I think the MGS4 lines about Raiden being born on a rainy day, and how he was the lightning in that rain (you all know the lines T_T) take the cake for me in terms of corniest video game lines.

Kick the Rock, Knuckles' theme from the Wild Canyon stage of Sonic Adventure 2, is the pinnacle of corniness in a game full of unbelievably bad dialogue and lyrics.
