GTA IV: Ratman real or fake?

Ratman fake in a box. It's so fake it can't even think outside of it.

I ran through the subway once to escape from the cops and came across two hobos warming up by a flaming barrel (almost spelled it "bearell" lol). Other than that, I didn't see or hear anything, so I'm gonna say that Ratman's probably fake.

that is when you swim for to long i think but i have just jumped into the water at the airport and randomly started losing health only being in it for 1 minute maybe its a glitch that happens near the airport

EDIT and no i dont think he is real if he was someone would of found him with like millions of people looking for him

I spent countless hours sneaking through Back O' Beyond in GTA: SA searching for Bigfoot
and some time walking and flying around in the desert looking for UFO's

neither quest produced myth confirming evidence, so as far as RatMan goes, he's fake
but if someone posts a video of him that appears to be real (since there are so many Big Foot mods for SA out there) I may go search for him...
