Ive searched for it for probably a grand total of 6 hours. Offline and Online, and no ratman. However, while i was running down a dark section of the subway trying to lose the cops i heard what sounded to be something whispering, but it was took dark and i couldn't see anything.

I found him I think, he had a brown jacket and was running REALLY fast away from me. It was in the very large open area of the subway.

Me and a couple friends were racing through the subways on Motorcycles. We ended up in a rather large open area in the subway containing multiple tracks leading off into different areas. My friend ended up slamming into a hobo. I'm not sure if this was the fabled ratman however. Can't really examine his rumored speed when he's got a tire jammed in his skull.

I never did find Ratman, but I think that the myth about sharks might be true, as when I was playing Cops and Crooks I was swimming around the airport, when I started losing health for seemingly no reason. It was at night and too dark to see if anything was causing it or if it was just a random glitch.

Leather Face was real, and so was bigfoot, and aliens.
Oh and sharks arent real, after a while of swimming ( quite a while), you start losing health.
