Howdy,

there is a new podcast site yasssu.com. You can organzie your podcasts in your own portfolio and consume them via web browser, mobile web browser or phone call.
You can also upload your own media files or youtube videos in your portfolio and consume them via the above mentioned ways.

Do somebody know more such sites or directories?

But ok, you're right, "access" would be a better word
