Which moments in video game history do you find the most memorable or most interesting.
For me it is in Devil may cry 3 when Dante and Vergil said "Jackpot"

It's when Duke Nukem said "I'm ready to kick ass and chew some bubblegum, and I'm all out of gum!"

Mine is definintely when everything made sense at the ending of bioshock, with atlas' true idenity revealed, the mind control , and everything...it was almost too much.

For me my fondest memory of back in the day would be the Final Starfox 64 Boss battle. I played through that game so many times trying to get to all the "extra" missions.
More recently I beat Shadow of the Colossus and the final Colossi will be very memorable for me. Mix in the events right before getting there and what you expect to come after made it tense and fun.

The endings for Twisted metal 1.
All that hard work for a crappy live action ending. Oh David Jaffe, you stupid.

MGS3
The plot to that game was amazing...it made me pay attention to every single bit of information.
And the ending in the field made me question whether I wanted to press square (Not going to say any possible spoilers).

Though it isn't a huge part of the game, I love the scene in Silent Hill 2 when James confronts Angela for the last time. The music, the dialogue, the screen angles, yadda yadda yadda. For me, it's a really touching part of the game.

In Elder Scrolls: Oblivion During the Dark Brotherhood quest, when you end up having to kill all of your friends, only to find out it was an act of betrayal by your Speaker. That was awesome, I knew there was something wrong with what I was doing. Cool moment.

Red Faction: Guerilla - Beating the final mission. It was so frustrating beating Roth until I bought Thermobarics. Even then, he still nearly killed me.
