With motion control becoming a bigger part of gaming and competition {Natal vs. wii remote vs. Ps3 motion controller},how do you feel about motion control?

Its ok as long as the game doesn't fully depend on it. Its good for a selective choice of games

I'm still pretty optimistic about it, but I do believe it can get much better.

Flower was perfect with the Motion Controls. They should definitely be optional but not all games need them. Sony's way of implementing the six axis in certain games was terrible and felt misplaced.

Well if a game should use motion controlls, the developers have to make some effort into it or else it will turn out really bad. I also think that that the major video game companies have done some great things ATM. for example: PS3 motion controller, NATAL and the wii motion plus

Technology and intelligance willing, we won't all kill ourselves off with nuclear weaponry, and we'll all eventually see the day when Wii Sports works how it's supposed to work.
Right now, we don't have the technology to do this stuff, but later on this stuff ould be really cool (i.e. Mount & Blade)

Only until we get better technology so our characters spines don't break when you lift your foot.

I'd like it later on I guess. Honestly, I think it's a bit too over hyped. A part of me just thinks that it should just go...

The wii controls are clunky and not consistent they are good when the programmers actually think the controls out. the PS3's 6 axis thing was fail... its to weird playing with a controller and swinging it around like a bat natal looks very promising. im looking forward to scanning my board and skating on it

I thought it was cool but when i tried it out it was annoying and your muscles start to ache. are you sure your not out of shape? i play wii games a lot and rarely do my muscles begin to ache or anything. anyway, i think motion controls have potential in certain games and genres but currently, motion controls are just replacing what normal controllers do, and then do it badly. motion controls shouldn't be used as a way to replace buttons. they should be used as a way to make games more fun and fluid.
