I haven't played a Halo game since Halo PC.
However, for some reason, I am excited for this. Maybe it's the idea that it might be based on the first HALO book which I enjoyed. Maybe it's that we hopefully will see other Spartans. I don't know.

I'm looking forward to it, i hope its based on the Book Halo: The fall of Reach so those who didn't read the book can get a better look at Master Chief's (John 117) past from when he was a kid up to how he lost all his friends that were put through Project Spartan with him. If it isn't based at all on the book i'll still be interested if it has another good story into the Halo Universe.  |

i think its gonna be pretty good. i thought halo was dead when they announced ODST. Looking forward to the multiplayer demo that comes with ODST

The Fall of Reach is my favorite book of all time, and I've always wanted to see the events on Reach explored in a game. So yeah, I'm really excited
