I'm not quite sure what's going on with the rules. It seems like most mods allow links as long as they're not shock links or anything of the sort while 4PP isn't broadcasting. However, there is at least one mod that continues to time out others out for posting links during non-broadcasting moments.

It would be great if someone could put the mods on the same page on this issue and then update the rules so that all 4PP chatters know what's changed in the 4PP rules. Otherwise, people who've been told that it's okay to post links when not broadcasting will be timed out when these certain mods are online and will begin being an unpleasant nuisance to chatters later. Not only that, but 4PP itself may lose fans over this trivial event. (Trust me, I've seen it happen before. >>)

i agree with u moose, just a while ago yaga was posting links without permission...? favoritism? and yea the chat is getting annoying and maybe if like mods need to be better or at least pay attention to the chat every now and then

Dont wanna sound "Full of myself" or anything but, I browse these forums at least 4x a day. And I am seeing a lot of spam, and useless threads. i elect myself as a forum mod. Plus I also run my own forums that I moderate.

But im sure there are more qualified members out there. A poll anyone?

I know this may be asking for a bit much, but I'd like to see the rules posted on the JTV page. I know the mods have a link, but if they're on the page already, rule-breakers have no excuses when it comes to a ban, or a time-out.
