Post animes that you think are underappreciated, or should be known, but aren't. Also, be sure to post a link to the first or second, or any available episode of the anime you're listing. I'll start. Title: Goshuusho-Sama Ninomiya-Kun - My Condolences, Ninomiya Genre: Harem, Romantic Comedy, Supernatural Synopsis: Goshūshō-sama Ninomiya-kun's story revolves around Shungo Ninomiya, a male high school student. He lives in a huge house with his older sister Ryōko, who is always goes on dangerous mercenary missions. One day, his sister sends Mayu and Mikihiro Tsukimura, two siblings, to live with him to help Mayu overcome her fear of men. Unfortunately this is accomplished by making Mayu and Shungo share the same room, bathe together and even sleep together in the same bed. Making things even worse, Reika Hōjō, the student-council chair, is blackmailed into becoming their maid due to a video that Ryoko recorded, in which she tries to seduce Shungo. Watch The Opening on YouTubeWatch Episode 2 on YoutubeEpisode 2 is more interesting. Basically in Episode 1, he met Mayu, and he has to protect her. He finds out she's a succubus because a guy touches her, and he faints. Now they must live together. |

Title: Popolocrois 1988 Genre: RPG, Adventure Synopsis: This game has strange character designs; the eyes of the characters look like pie-charts and the bodies resemble some characters in Zelda: Wind Waker. Takes place in a video game for the PSP. Prince Pietoro is a curious and determined little prince in a kingdom called Popolocrois. His mother is a dragon who can assume human form and his father was once an honorable prince who saved her life. Narcia is a forest witch adopted by an older forest witch. She's Pietoro's friend. She's usually kind-hearted, gentle and sweet and she can't go into the ocean water or she will disperse into oxygen. (reason why is explained in the PS2 game) Narcia can turn into another form, Kai, who is more tomboyish and blunt. One day, the self-proclaimed "villain" of the story, Gami Gami Maou, tries to take over Popolocrois yet again with a machine but instead makes a rip in space that allows 3 mysterious characters to appear. 1 of them appears to be a human girl and 2 of them appear to be cute little animal-like beings. The 3 characters are actually of the "wind-kind." While it seems simple, what is to follow is dramatic twists, misunderstandings, betrayal, love triangles, jealousy and whatnot and just about a bunch of kids! The anime appears to be childish at first but the only time I ever felt it was too childish was me was when I saw the ending. So... weird... I really like the animation in the battle scenes though. Title: Fairy Tail
Genre: Action, Comedy, Fantasy
Synopsis: A young sorceress, Lucy Heartphilia, travels to the land of Fiore to join the infamous Fairy Tail Guild. Along the way, she meets Natsu Dragneel, a young boy who is looking for a dragon named Igneel. Shortly after their meeting, Lucy is abducted by Bora of Prominence, who was posing as Salamander of Fairy Tail, to be sold as a slave. Natsu rescues her and reveals that he is a dragon slayer and a true member of Fairy Tail Guild. He offers her membership into the guild, which she accepts, and they become a team performing various missions for the Fairy Tail guild.
(Note: Currently Manga only, Anime is being considered)
