He'll get caught some time, I bet, because if he has your cell phone...the FBI can track it or something and catch him. Yeah..I bet they can do that, right?  Someone stole my wallet one time, but then again it was new and nothing was in there yet...so the robber got owned. Anyway, good luck with the money and pants thing. That frigen sucks man!  |

If you haven't already phoned your bank and told them that your credit card is stolen, do so now, they'll likely lock the credit from being used, and record any instances of it being used.
If someone from that point on uses the credit card, then the person who rings up the card will be informed it has been reported stolen, and by law, will have to call security, once that happens, if they bring the guy in, you should be able to get all your stuff back too.
