Where in the Bible does it say you can't marry/date someone much younger or older then you? Nowhere Where in the Amendments and laws does it state you are not allowed to date/marry someone much younger or older? Nowhere. The first one is irrelevant. That's like looking for the legal drinking/driving age in the Bible. Way younger or older for marriage? No, it can't be found. But if you are talking about legal age, then yes. I believe they are under each state's Family Code. ACtually, I mean to put, is it WRONG, not can't, for the bible part, but that is a lite irrelevant. And I do mean legality. If you are legal for instance, it shouldn't be wrong for you to be 18 and date a 35 year old... even though it's a little weird.

When I was in 7th grade, the 13 year old emogirls always bragged about having 22 year old boyfriends. That is when it gets weird.

Hm.. I don't think it should matter what age you are if you care about someone. Legal or illegal. But that doesn't mean people should go around breaking laws. Back in the old days, 15 year old girls were getting married off to 30 year old guys everyday. (Though it was mostly to benefit their family somehow.) So our laws have changed with society's view on how the world should be and how the people in it should act. But the way people feel about each other hasn't. So in the 1900's, when a 16 year old girl went to her parents and asked if she could marry a 30 year old man, her parents questions fell under these categories: "Is he wealthy?" "Can he give you kids?" "Will he give us a good social standing?" BUT, teenagers back then had a much higher maturity level than us kids today have. So, in short, it's all about maturity and responsibility. If you care about someone much younger or older than yourself, be ready to fight for it, because if the majority doesn't like it, the majority will break it.

In this case it could be a problem for some, but to me its doesnt bother me. when i was 18 i was dating a 23 year old guy, that a 5 year difference, but i told my parents about it and they didnt care as long as i was "safe". But really it all comes down to what age range you like to be with. Personally i like to be with older guys. im 20 turning 21 and i would go for guys that are 23 to 28 years old. I like older men because i like mature guys. not saying 23 to 28 year olds are mature, but getting there. back to the age range. To anyone if you find someone that you really like and you want to be with them then i would say go for it. But i do draw the line when a 15 year old is seeing a 25 year old or something (which does happen). but it doesnt matter what age, as long as you love them and respect one another, then why not. Just make sure if you do date someone yonger than you...its not for lust, cause that just being used for sex....which makes you feel like a hooker....ewww anyways...its an OPINION!!! dont get mad, i have read some other opinions in here that i dont agree on, but i dont get mad anyways have fun reading!!! ;D
