Broadcasting help

So I decided to start broadcasting about a week ago. I have a webcamera, a laptop, a PS3, and of course a TV.But what I've been doing is holding the camera up to my tv and it gets bad quality. So I'm wondering how could I make it look good like when 4PP plays games.I don't know if I need to buy anything extra. So if someone that has experience in this could help that would be cool.

what u do is plug the dazzle into your laptop, and component cables from the ps3 to that box, and then some from the box to the t.v. also you have a set of cables that go from the box to the dazzle.

I used my webcam for audio.

I wanna know how I can broadcast what I see on my PC and use my microphone as the audio without having to buy anything. I'm sure there's a program that can do that for me.
