Short anime

Hey, not sure if there is another topic like this, checked, but didn't see one. Anyways, i really like full metal alchemist series, and was wondering if there were any other series liek it, around the same length or shorter. Don't mind if it's not in english as long as there are subtitles.

I don't know what you are into...,but Perhaps you'd like the OVA for Tales Of Symphonia. , I don't know if you'd like it or not, but it is based off an interesting RPG game on the Gamecube.

Hmm.. I don't much anime that is similar to FMA but, I know some good anime's that are pretty short, If you want to check them out. Here are some Suggestions.

These animes are all around less then 30 episodes. Hopefully you'll check them out and enjoy.

a lot of these ones look pretty good. I've seen fooly cooly b4. The tales of symphonia one looks good, and so does darker than black. checking up on the other ones soon.

Try out Soul Eater. 51 episodes and all of them subbed.

There's like 2 episodes with pretty bad subs where I suggest you check Google for then, because I ended up finding a better subbed version there.

Then there's one episode (I think the last episode?) where they put in words like "Shut up you motherfucker" which I think ruins the moment for me. The word "fuck" in almost any subs looks terrible.

Just started catching up on Soul Eater its a pretty good show, Black Star is cool. I've mentioned this show i a few times in chat and once on the forums, check out Seto no Hanayome, its 26 eps long and will have you laughing from start to finish also Birdy the Mighty Decode season 1 & 2 each has 12-13 eps and is also a pretty good show, season 2 just finished not too long ago and hopefully we will see a third season. ;D

in my opinion, 52 episodes (which goes for a whole year) is already quite long for a series. Any longer than that usually means fillers.
As long as it's not adapted from Shonen Jump( in which the editors of the original manga tend to milk out as much money as they can from them), most series just last 13 or 24 episodes.

Recently just finish watching Ergo Proxy and Baccano! myself, and i really recommend them.
Speaking of which, the anime movie series of Kara no Kyoukai is quite good, i suggest you check it out as well.

Afro samurai is 5 episodes long. With each one being around 25 minutes. It is very heavy on blood though.
