no seriously, who is also a fan here? or at least heard of it before?

Me myself am a big fan of vocaloids. I love the creativity freedom, the doujin circle, and most importantly the music. i just like the unique vibe that's in those songs which is somehow different from other types of music. If only I possess some musical talents.........

They are programs with voice bits that you can arrange music with. The characters they represent usually dress with headphones and sometimes school uniform inspired outfits.

If you've been around the internet long enough, you've probably seen Miku Natsume around; she has blue hair,a blue mint green, tied in two tails, headphones and gray arm flaps, among other things.

The second in line of the Vocaloid are the "twins" Rin Kagamine and Len Kagamine. They're not really twins though; they are the female and male version of the same person.

After them, come Kaito (blue hair, blue scarf), Meiko(honey brown hair, red outfits), Gakupo (long lavender hair, samurai-inspired outfit, his voice comes from the singer Gackt) and Luka (pink hair, bilingual voice) as well as many other fan creations like Akita Neru (blonde hair in a side ponytail), Haku(white hair, has a purple tie and noticeable cleavage, Teto (magenta pink twin drills for hair, who is for another program called Utau which is free unlike Vocaloid).

ah, so GT does have a special section for Project DIVA.
I got to say, the user created content of the game will be a major selling point among the fans. I truly love the way that you can : put in your own music, choose background, choose character, choose outfit, choose motion sequence, choose camera angle, choose rhythm, choose button placement, and share it to your friends. This is perfect.
totally loves the concept, and the library is awesome as well. I am very interested to see the sequence for "Disappearance of Hatsune Miku", might be one of the high level ones due to its insane speed.
and thanks for reviving the thread, especially to kcdusky. I'd totally forgotten about this.

I'm just being a nerd and lately, a lot of Vocaloid stuff has interested me. I even got Utau and made a song with Teto to "You're hot and you're cold." It doesn't sound great but it sounds pretty cute and funny. I might upload a video of the full song later.

Oh, dear lord. I love them SO much. @__@ I listen to Nebula by Hatsune Miku ALL the time. Currently, I'm listening to Trick and Trick by Len + Rin Kagamine. It reminds me of Alice Human Sacrifice a bit..



Oh, and has anyone heard of Tripshots? Trishots made Anger, Nebula, and EXTENDED. :0 (Miku sings them~~) Well, he's remixed all of his songs!


I'm planning on cosplaying as Meiko in the future, well.. because she's the only one who I can cosplay. xD (Having large boobs has it downsides sometimes)
