apparently, while the broadcast was on today, there were a slew of jtv's wtfness, except on a bigger scale. instead of the normal lag, people were being put in rooms where they were either alone, or just with one or two people . next, slow mode would show as on, but people were chating like normal . and a few people i was with said that they were getting random signals of "not broadcasting" as we were watching it . if anyone knows why this thing i like to call "the day of glitchery" (i want that to stick) was happening, please feel free to inform everyone. pl0x n ty.

The rooms business was a huge JTV fuck up that they fixed.
People talking normally during slow mode is a chat feature called being voiced. It allows whoever is voiced to talk normally regardless of slow mode. Only mods and the channel owner can voice people.
As for the random "not broadcasting" things, well, tell your friends to stop sucking.

As of now, JTV's chat rooms and servers have been extremely buggy ever since they did he server update. I wouldn't be surprised if the staff is working on it now.
