When trying to broadcast FEAR or any Source games (Gmod, CS : Source), the screen constantly flashing, as if seeing the graphics being redrawn each time. I tried to increase the fps, but that didn't do anything.
Anyone know what's up ?

Sounds like your graphics card is on its last legs. It could be fryed.. Hmm..
..Have you brought a new graphics card resently? Has this problem only just started to happen? Or is your graphics card pretty old?

Do you mean on your screen, or just on the feed?
If it's just on the feed, and you're using VHScrCap to broadcast, make sure "Capture Layered Windows" is checked under settings.
