ok so I now know for sure that im getting a ds next week and I can't decide which game I should get for it. I'm getting Animal Crossing with it to begin with no matter what, but the one other game I'm not so sure of yet. Either Mario Kart DS, or Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.
I want to get Mario Kart b/c i want to use the multiplayer, but i want to get phantom hourglass b/c i want to use the gameplay. I'm crossed between this. I'm going to eventually get both but Idk which one I should get for now. I'm moving soon and I'm not quite sure if i have wireless internet so that would be a big reason to get phantom hourglass, but at the same time, I don't want to beat phantom hourglass and then never play it again. so help me decide plz lol. Also if you could tell me if once u beat phantom hourglass is it replayable? or is it stupid to replay it cause u know everything. thanks!

Get Mario Kart. Zelda is quite fun but after you've completed it you won't be touching it again for a while.

Zelda does have some ship parts to get if you want to get 100%
Some good titles are: The World Ends With You Elite Beat Agents (now in the bargain bin!) Tetris DS (now rare apparently? great wifi) Advance Wars Dual Strike or Days of Ruin

well if you want to replay any of those 2 games get mario kart. i love zelda games but i wasnt a big fan of phantom hourglass there were hardly any side quests and you had to keep returning to the same bloody temple over and over again and mario kart is a great game online and you dont need wireless internet to play online you can buy a cable that connects for you

I know about the cable, I'm just not gonna go out and buy it lmfao. and I am pretty sure we have wifi where I'm moving so thats a plus. I'm leaning a lot toward phantom hourglass though. b/c I have multiplayer wifi from Animal Crossing and when I'm not using WiFi on mario kart after i get all the stuff what else is there to do? just keep racing? I mean I know with Phantom Hourglass I can just play the game over which isn't like racing the same course b/c its a big game and I can still have trouble with it and have fun.

Mario Kart DS is a must I really liked both Advance Wars' for the DS, but it depends if you like that genre (Turn Based Strategy)

I agree with Pan1c, Professor Layton is extremely fun.
my mind wanders a lot when I play that game though, which makes it harder because I cant concentrate on the puzzle.
Final Fantasy III is also a pretty good game, but if you like the final fantasies, I'd wait til IV comes out on the 22nd.

I may not own a DS, but I have borrowed one on many an occasion just to play some of these titles and I've certainly had alot of fun with the following titles...
The World Ends with You(innovative gameplay, takes full advantage of the DS capabilities) Final Fantasy 3(FF fan all the way, if you're into some old school gameplay with a bit of a new school twist, DEFINITELY take a look at this title.) Elite Beat Agents(I love rhythm games, so this would be an automatic buy for me. More of a preferrence thing here, actually, heh) Professor Layton(into puzzle games? Just the game for you, amigo!)
