Currently I use only a video capture card to broadcast my feed and I don't use FME because I feel it causes too much latency between myself and the actual feed.
The current set up works great and isn't giving me troubles.
But I would like to be able to use a web cam I have to broadcast PiP. Most people here use a Digital Camera to do that, which I don't have so I was wondering if theres any other way to broadcast with PiP with a Video Capture Card and a Web Cam.
I read that Super Web Cam can do it, but it's also a huge resources hog on a system, and the system that I built just for broadcasting doesn't have a whole lot of RAM available outside of what it needs to broadcast.

You can get the VHScrCap package. It comes with a multi-source program called VH Multi Cam Studio.
