well dafishes i feel so bad that you havent got any replies yet. i like this song and i totally think they should use this on podcast then the original cave story music

I think they use the original (and used it in the game) because of it's charm in being an incredibly catchy song with incredibly limiting software.
That said, your remix is pretty good. Sounds really dense.

lol thanks blood, it did take a while to do gunstr because I've always wanted to do a remix of it since I first heard it, not b/c is was bad, but because it was so good I thought it deserved better than 8-bit sound. I finished it yesterday which makes me happy cause I spent a while on it trying to make it sound good and make it sound like a newer version of the original.
