Have any of you ever played a single game for more than six hours straight, aside from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time?

Would you suffer through a 1 or 2 year trend of mainstream focused gaming to bring in more money for the industry to improve as a whole, and ultimately make better games later? Why?

Valve's Gabe Newell has come out as a proponent of reducing game prices, both at retail and online. He has proven this with percentage increases in sales with every 25% price reduction. I'm not going to ask if you guys are in favour of cheaper games. Instead, I'll ask: Would you guys be for or against a price ceiling being enacted on certain digital distribution networks like Steam? If introduced, what would the implications be for indie or new developers wanting to release their quality game with a good profit margin?

Probably for one or more or them, yeah. But emotion can mean other things. For example, while playing Half-Life 2, I found myself coming out of the game world after playing it, literally sweating and panting, having exerted so much emotion and focus into what I was doing. It'd be nice to get that kind of insight.
