David and Brad talked about maybe doing another Project M. Post your ideas on games to do it with. Please, nothing too long.
My first idea was Ratchet and Clank.
When you post, keep in mind that they have expressed that he doesn't want to do another Zelda game.

Hmm. . . I'd really love to see threads of fate, but I don't know how exciting that would be as a marathon. Should the marathon be a long, involved and perhaps difficult game? What is the criteria?
I'd kind of like to see them race through Shadow of the Colossus. I had a hard time with that, and I can see it as being amusing to watch them struggle to come out first. I'm pretty sure they've all played it already. Came out in Feb. 2006 from Team Ico. I'd like to see Ico, but I think Colossus would be more interesting for viewers to watch.
Now that I think about it, if they want to go for something monumental, here are some games from 10 years ago that I think might be interesting for a marathon-type show, since OoT was to mark the 10th anniversary of the game.
Note that I have not played many games so this list is small. I also don't know how easy these may be to come by, but if we're looking for 10-year games (which I personally think is a nice idea considering it takes so long to plan and prepare, I bet you will do one marathon a year?), I think these might be some good ones to consider from 1999:
Castlevania - N64 Chrono Trigger - Playstation re-release Donkey Kong 64 - N64 Grandia - Playstation Paper Boy - N64 Quake II - PS or N64 Shadow Madness - Playstation Silent Hill - Playstation Sonic Adventure - Dreamcast Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage - Playstation Star Ocean: Second Story - Playstation Turok: Rage Wars - N64
I'm sure many of these are difficult to find or doubt that they own 4 dreamcasts... but I think the 10-year anniversary thing with OoT was nice, and I personally think the next game should follow suit, since we have the revival now for other such games. The marathon seems more like a commemorative thing.... I don't know! My thoughts.

I second the idea of a Shadow of the Colossus marathon. That would be great to watch.
The only thing that came to mind was to play Onimusha: Warlords. It came out long enough ago that if they did play it, they probably forgot all the tricks to the game, it would be entertaining for the crowd to watch, and, if I recall correctly, it's about 7-10 hours long...maybe shorter.

I would love to see them do a Shadow of the Colossus marathon too. But, for other ideas, how about: Super Mario 64 (without using glitches), Spyro 2, Star Wars: Kotor, Crash Bandicoot, Final Fantasy X, VI, or XII, Destroy all Humans, and Morrowind (also without the gltches).

Shadow of the Colossus sounds pretty good.
The Marathon Game should probably be around 15-20 hours and relatively difficult I'm assuming.

What if they played Banjo Kazooie the first one. I enjoyed that game and i think it would be funny to see them play the original.

Megaman Legends 1 and 2. That's about 8 hours a piece or less, would make for some fun.

Herdy Gerdy? That's pretty suited towards a marathon.
Or even Half Life 2.

i first read the thread and was going to suggest shadow of the colossus, but i see i've been beaten by several people already xP. but i think it would be a pretty short marathon, esp if everyone beat it already, same with Ico. still, it would be a grand marathon, and fun too.
maybe if they have to complete Ico AND Shadow of the Colossus? that would be quite something.
kingdom hearts I or II would be great too i think, since they go from world to world, it would be fun to see them compete and get hung up on certain worlds. it also doesn't suffer from having to grind for hours, it's well paced. i think it would be a close race. but i think the length may be an issue here.
In which case, maybe God of War I or/and II in anticipation for God of War III?

if it were up to me, i would want to play zelda OOT again. I don't like the idea of switching games every year. for another marathon, sure, for project M? i think we should stick with one game.

a spyro 2 or 3 marathon would be nice. considering i could help in both games. but zelda would turn out to be much funnier. SoC would be cool but...
so, i'd be good with any game for a marathon.

Mirrors edge would be cool, short and sweet, plus loads of chances to take the lead there so i;m guessing it would be pretty close.
Or perhaps Timesplitters 2 story mode? Thats a blast and has a few puzzling moments.
Maybe even Driver, classic! I think they'd be stuck on the driving test mission for ages though XD.

Brad doesn't like Spyro remember. He doesn't like Spyro "1" due to it being a piece of shit. Spyro 2 and 3 on the other hand are great pieces of work. They're my child hood.
