A download tax has been considered in North Carolina. North Carolina legislators have decided to have a proposal of a sales tax on downloads such as games, music, and software. This could bring up to $12 million to state coffers. One of the reasons that could lead to this is because North Carolina is currently facing a large budget deficit. "So if you buy a book in a bookstore, you're going to have to pay sales tax on it. If you're downloading a book from a book seller, you should have to pay sales tax on that as well."- Rep. Paul Luebke of North Carolina www.gamepolitics.com/2009/01/28/proposed-north-carolina-download-tax-would-include-games-dlc

Bethesda's Lessons from Fallout 3 When asked in an interview with executive producer of "Fallout 3" Todd Howard, what he's learned from Fallout 3 and what will carry into Fallout 4 his answer is short, sweet and tells nothing. “Greatest lesson? Don’t let the game end, and don’t have a level cap." multiplayerblog.mtv.com/2009/01/29/bethesda-plan-for-fallout-4/
