The anime airs on Sundays in Japan so expect it the completed sub that day or the next.

Who is it that subs them that quickly? is there not a chance they could sub it wrong. The fansub groups that I know of that are currently fansubbing this series is: Ayako and twrev-Doremi. I'm not quite sure I understand what you mean by they could sub it wrong. Do you mean with translations? |

Just finished watching the 2nd episode. It was pretty good, especially towards the end. I wish the Edelwiess was that powerfull in the game  |

well, we haven't seen him in action as a squad commander yet.
speaking of which, i am looking forward to see the introduction of Marina in the next episode.

Episode 3's sub was just released not too long ago so, you can either go to the fansubbers site and grab it from mIRC or wait for someone to upload it to a streaming site.
Edit: It's been uploaded to many streaming sites out there go and watch it!
