Broadcasting software suggestions

I know this is quite Off-Topic but I don't know where else to look and the fellow 4PP community is my last instance after hours of researching the internet.

So far I tested Superwebcam and Webcammax and I have to say that spending money for Webcammax was a waste. The program lags as hell. The image flickers et cetera. All I was looking for was a decent desktop broadcast program. Superwebcam has a too bad quality.
So do you guys have any other suggestions ?

Money doesn't really matter I guess but of course anything for free is still better than spending money on bad quality software.

Picture in Picture can be done through the same process as my tutorial, but use VHScrnCap's Mutlicame feature and set it up for multiple sources.
