on the swiftor forums, i asked for a way to capture audio on vista, and i got it. I'm using a Line In right now to get sound from my game. I was also told to use stereo mix to be able to use the Mic and Line In at once. But i can't find those settings in Stereo Mix Levels. Anyone know how to get it?

Go to the lower right corner, near the clock. Click the arrow and open your system tray. There should be a small speaker icon. Double click that and go to options > properties. Make sure microphone is checked for this first window (and that Playback is selected at the top). Also, enable advanced controls if they aren't already enabled. Then hit OK and go back to properties and change the selection to recording and make sure to check the box for Stereo Mix. Then hit OK and select Stereo Mix in the next box. If people can't hear you, it's because your microphone isn't in playback. P.S., if you have any more questions regarding tech and whatnot, you should just ask me, considering I answer half the questions here anyway.

Lower right corner, just to the left of the the clock, right?
Right click it, go to "Recording Devices," right click an empty space in the box and select "Show Disabled Devices" and it should show up.

Stereo mix is already enabled. It's in the picture up there. I need to know how to configure Microphone and the Line In through Stereo mix so i can use both during a broadcast.

yea but school, 1) I don't have the mixer, 2) The mixer is showed you isn't compatible with vista so i have to look for one that's cheap and can run on Vista or at least come with a driver for vista.
