I recently bought a Dazzle DVD Recorder, and ran it through flash media encoder. and this is what it looked like And i get good video, it streams well, and it can go through to my account. But theres a problem. There's NO audio at all. There's none in flash media encoder, and there's none on my JTV account. i can hear sound out of my T.V though. I've seen other places like vensito without a mixer and i can still hear audio. My setup goes like this. PS3 > Composite Video/Audio out > VCR In (Video and Audio stream to T.V through a Coaxial cable) > Composite Video/Audio Out > Dazzle DVD Recorder > USB to Computer. I hear no sound. I know that i need a mixer for the audio to come through, but i'm worried since there's no audio at all. I have my eyes on a mixer, but if there's something wrong, i should know.

Have you tried getting the audio from a microphone? I think that's the only way to do it without a mixer :/

For one, select under Audio Device the "Dazzle DVC 100 Audio Device"
Secondly, if after that the audio still doesn't work, then: -Select the wrench icon next to the video device -Select the "Crossbar" tab -Select under the "Output" drop-down, "1: Audio Decoder Out". -If not selected automatically, under "Input", select "5: Audio Line In"
Those were the only things I could find after searching of my own.
Also, if you find a cheap (read: free) audio mixer program, please post it, because the method I use is real ghetto...
Also, SIGN UP FOR THE FORUMS! Brad will kill you! I hit sign-up right before he burst into my house with a knife.

I found out. Vista is crappy when it comes to compatibility. SO ya str4nger, if you're gonna buy a dazzle, buy a Line In cable for the audio. That's how i got it fixed.

Wait, I see the problem!
Under Audio in FME, you need to select the device. Right now, it's set to your computer's audio.

no see darknezz, i forgot to mention before that vista didn't detect the dazzle as an audio device and i couldn't choose it. but i have it fixed. you were at my channel before, remember?
i got a Line In cable to take the audio and put it into my computer.
