I was watching my friend broadcast earlier when a ad popped up for about 5 seconds right in the middle of the feed screen. Sorry that the ad is kind of transparent, I caught it at the last second before it went away.  |

for some reason, i have yet to get a single ad on 4playerpodcast.
i've seen them on other channels though.

I think Tia disabled the ads on 4pp due to all the emails they got. So from what I believe, 4pp is ad free now.

One time I tried to turn up my volume on the broadcast and the ad was right there so I couldn't turn it up but now its ad free

Ya 4pp is living prove that if you get enough people to complain about the ads they'll take them down, so if you dislike the ads in other channels and they have a decent amount of viewers get them to complain to JTV to.

Last night it seemed the ads returned in full force. Kept getting pop ups on the feed and the notifier thingy (Dunno what to call it) above chat kept advertising some Joyland Casino crap. This is some serious BS tbh. I don't have any problem with an ad banner or two but pop ups happening during the feed and in the chat notifier thingy is out of order, especially after we all sent complaints. I know jtv needs funding but bombarding users with these ads is only going to deter people and cause more aggro. Looks like we'll have to do it again. >.>

i've seen threads like this before, we've already determined that jtv is shit but the best for now, and that if we were to switch, the guys have to make th decision, not us
