I've had it happen to me before, refreshing the page fixed it for me though.

That, my friend is called HTML.
It displays when you tell it to, or when the website you're on forces it.
Knowing JTV, it's a glitch

yeah see the empty silver space next to the pause button? yeah click that and it will go away, its the embed file you can bring it up by clicking there....douche.....

Basically any JTV problem can be solved by pressing F5.
