Since I didn't see a thread for this...What are the top 5 games you would like to see "dabble" in a different genre?
For example, I would like to see more first person games like Mirror's Edge take on a horror genre. And you you can't pause the game. :3

Zelda - I would like them to try out some more rpg elements in their games, it doesn't have to be like final fantasy or something but I think adding more rpg elements to it similar to Zelda 2: Links Adventure would be great because they pulled it off well in that game and it is one of my favorite zelda games. I think it would cool to have the variety of items, abilities, character progression that rpg games have in a Zelda game but still keep the basic Zelda formula. I think it would be cool to have like a Zelda game play like Ocrania of time or Twilight Princess with the ability to choose what weapons, items etc Link is good at and customize him more. For example you could make have more skill and abilities with sword combat or make more of a marksman with his bow or with magic abilities etc.
WW2 theme games - Another genre change I would like to see or experiment with is it seems that most WW2 games out there are shooters and not other genres. I like to see more Valkyria Chronicle and Company of Heroes typed WW2 games other than just shooters. It doesn't have to be pure realistic WW2 either they could add a fantasy or sci-fi element to it like Wolfenstien or Valkyria chronicles.
Resident Evil back to traditional survival horror with Resident 4 and 5 control and gameplay mechanics. The thing about the newest Resident Evil games is that they are more action shooters with a zombie theme than survival horror anymore. They are still great games but I would like to seem them try making a more survival horror based typed game with the over the shoulder shooting mechanic, melee attacks etc.
Those are all my thoughts for now.

Man, Nick truly is a great sport. He takes the most abuse and still has a smile on his face. Major props to him. Also, LMFAO!

i like brad's idea of future zelda, as link is the hero of time and has descendants in every time period.
Personally, i'd like to see a 2d platformer where you can create your own levels, they shud ake a game about that
My REAL idea is to see a game like cooking moma mixed with business, like "independently successful mama", to mediate the stereotypes

As crazy as this sounds I would actually like them to go through with a futuristic Zelda title. Think like Twilight Princess in Knight of the Old Republic/Final Fantasy VII,VIII,XIII styled furturistic world I would actually go for that.
I actually got this idea from an april fool's joke from IGN around last year.
I would also like to see a Zelda game that goes more into its RPG elements.
