How do you feel about the new "survival horror" games specificly RE5,Dead Space and Silent Hill 5? Do you think these newer games have been brought down to a more third person shooter to peak player interest? Are the game developers making an effort to widen the range of gameplay or are they marginalizing for a better market response? (I.E.- cut the "survival" out to bring more shooting in)
Also, If any of you have seen Princess Mononoke,Did you enjoy the film?

do u guys think that game developers should stick primarily to making sequels to their already flourishing game titles, or try to dip into making new franchises so tha they have more options for which their buyers to choose from?

Hello guys, I was just wondering how you guys see the situation that Nintendo is in with their "Casual Gamer" approach and do you think that is why no real ground breaking games are coming out for the wii?

Not sure this has been asked before, sorry in advance.
Movies based on games such as Silent Hill, Max Payne (just to name a couple) have been quite successful.
Is there any game in particular you'd like to be put onto the big screen and/or is there any announced movies based on games you're looking forward to?

When I get games, one big aspect for me is it's soundtrack. At times of sadness, anger, and those moments where you just feel badass, I want the music to go along with that mood and also be compelling and intricate. With that said here are my questions:
Do you think game's soundtrack is an important part of the game, or just a small detail of the game?
Also, are they any games out there that you would play solely just to hear some of the songs in the game?
Finally, are there any games out there that you belive would be better to play if the music was turned off or a new soundtrack was put into it?

Do you ever wonder why people are so defensive over their console? I can meet the most intellectual 360 player (kind of an oxymoron if you look at the majority of the 360 community) and as soon as I mention anything about a PS3, they'll go ballistic and say it sucks out right. I don't run into as much on the PS3, but I still hear 360 ranting from time to time. So, again, I just want to know what your thoughts are for why people just get so touchy with this whole console war pandemic?
