He was right. I was pissed off as well because practically all of the same-old characters were unlocked and you had to play SP just to get the cool and interesting ones.

meh, i don't have a wii and I may get one but not soon at least. I havnt played brawl but I've heard from a lot of people its not as good as it should have been. So I tell my friend that brawl is a little "dumbed down" from the original because u can't move as fast, all the characters are equal, and the one player mode is like twenty hours, yes i typed twenty..... So all of the sudden he starts yelling at me that I havn't played smash brothers and Im an idiot and am stupid because its my opinion and he thinks its wrong and everytime i tell him my reasons he thinks they are completely ridiculous and just ignores them. Just because i havn't played the game doesn't mean I can't say anything about it or say if i think its good or not. I never said that for a fact its "dumbed down" i just said that with all the stuff i've read and watched it looks a little more "dumbed down" than the original. which i love by the way. I know that u need "first hand experience" at games and I think that's true, but I'm not gonna go out and buy a nintendo wii for two hundred and fifty dollars so i can play brawl and suck at it and then just go back and play the older one. I'm sure eventually i'll get a nintendo wii but only for a better game and not just smash bros. I don't really play a LOT of games, but I have played some of the good ones. I'm kinda sad that I currently cannot get any other systems because my parents don't want me too cause they cost too much money and apparantly at 16 years old I'm too old to be playing video games -_-. The only reason I've been saying to other chatters that I can get a nintendo ds is because I'm currently moving to another state and still want to communicate with my friends who don't use aim or anything like that. ANYWAYS back to brawl and what the reviewer said. I think it is true that its bad that almost all the characters are locked even though u know who they are, and the fact that one player mode is twenty hours long.......i wish it was still 15 minutes  but thats what I think about super smash brothers brawl and thats all. I think Yahtzee had the right to say what he did because he said he didnt like it and explained in his hate mail reply that reviews are based on someones opinion and his opinion was he really didnt like the game. But still I enjoy Yahtzee's reviews they are crazy funny and creative
