What are your views on the new trend of realism over more silly and cartoony games? Like how Turok went for a more realistic aspect (Compared to the Dinosaur's with Guns on their backs in the N64 version)

Ok lets not make a trend out of this please, I havent gotten my question answered for 3 times. *sniff* ;-;
With the onset of GTAIV, whats your view on Midnight release parties, and if they are worth it?
Are you looking forward to any new Music rhythm games? Or any improvements that could be made towards games like Rock Band?

I want to know your opinion on how the industry seems to be focusing more on graphics instead of gameplay, story, and replay value.

I hate to sound like a broken record, but I really want to know your opinions on this question.
What are your opinions on a company pushing back a release date over and over again? (Perfect example, Valve, or even GTA IV pushing from fall '07 to spring '08) Do you prefer them to take the time they need to get the game right, or should they keep their initial promise and release it when they first said they would, or even hold off on announcing a release date until they are certain they can make it?

We all know that violent games can have extreme outcomes with immature people (Doom), and I would like to know if you believe that if a minor plays a mature game or somehow gets their hands on an adult game and it screws them up to the point of a crime, do you think that the parent of the child should be prosecuted or the game company?

Well, I don't really like fighting games. I like games were you have to solve puzzles, like Link to the past. I was always really good at puzzles. The only problem is, link to the past is like $40.
(by the way, this is the forum's 1000th post.
