Hey, I tuned into the feed and chat informs me I can't join because I'm banned.

I gotta think this is a mistake. I was only timed out twice ever. I accidentally posted a link without permission last night but that was a misunderstanding and I apologized for it. I don't think I deserve a permaban...

Can someone explain? I miss chatting.
