this may sound really dumb, but it's because of brad that i wanted to get the Fatal Frame 4 for the wii (my wii is the japanese brand). and man, i kinda regret it. it's better watching other people play it and not me behind the controller

Fatal Frame or Silent Hill. Fatal Frame because anything having to do with ghosts, Japanese subculture, or Shinto....makes me cry and sh*t my pants.
Silent Hill because of the industrial atmosphere, the symbolism, and the flesh and rust everywhere.

Super Mario 64.
...
What? I was a kid when I first got it. And at the time, I'd resigned to never getting all 120 stars because after my first venture, I absolutely REFUSED to go into Jolly Roger Bay. I don't know precisely why, but video game water scared the crap out of me. (Real water I was fine with. Video game water, there was no frackin' way.) And as if the water wasn't bad enough, I had to deal with the GIANT POLYGONAL EEL OF DEATH. My word, I didn't even want to be in the same world as that wretched thing.
And as if all THAT weren't enough, one of the stars was on the eel's tail! My word, Nintendo! It's not enough for me to just AVOID that monstrosity, but I had to brush up against it, too? I was frackin' terrified. There was no way I would do it. That eel was out to get me and I knew it.
...'Course, I've since gotten over that. But dang, did that level ever freak me out when I was a kid.

That and Hyrule lake in OoT.Even today Hyrule lake scares me,I literally become traumatized if I go in the water.I've played many surrvival horror games, and I dont find them to be scary at all.

I remember when I first got Metroid Prime 1 when I was little I was on the Space Ship still and when I got to the first boss fight, I was too scared and just stop playing it. I got over it though, later.

Scared me the most? I'm a huge baby, so I get scared very easily. Some games I can't even beat because they scare me so much. But scariest game that I have beaten is probably Resident Evil Remake. I screamed a little when zombies started breaking through some windows. To anyone that enjoys the Resident Evil series, and enjoys being scared, you should get this game. It has Gamecube graphics (because it's on the Gamecube), and it looks very realistic. The camera angles and controls can get a little irritating sometimes, but you quickly adapt.

Hmm this is a hard decision and im pretty sure this topic has been covered already...
System Shock 2 in all its age still manages to frighten me at times. My first playthrough almost scared me shitless.

Silent Hill 3, being that most of the game is extremely dark and I was dead scared of the dark back when I was younger. (SH Homecoming doesn't count, I'm a big boy now =) )

The first Silent Hill scared me, the school part made me stop playing it for a long time. Fatal Frame games scare me a lot too, especially the first one. That damn ghost that was just a head scared me so bad...

I've never played the Silent Hill or Fatal Frame series, but Clock Tower required more than one changing of my pants D:
