I can do it in Flash but the file size ends up being a lot bigger than the ones you have here and the image looks worse too. By the way. nice work thus far!

I use Imageready to make the gif then import it to flash to add the all the text,border, and effects. I export them as a movie then change it to jpg sequence in a folder instead of a gif. For some reason they get messed up when i export as a gif i dont know why. I then open up Imageready and import the folder as frames. Then just save as gif.
