I really enjoyed all the songs from Jet Set Radio Future.
The score for Alone in the Dark is pretty awesome too, but I hear it's a sub par game.

The most memorable game music for me has to be from Pokemon, Final Fantasy VII, or Tetris.
My favorite game music is from Final Fantasy VII or The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

The music of Silent Hill, and the music of the Castlevania series.
Both scores are great enough that they practically define the two franchises. If a game from either series lacked the quality of music, they would simply cease to be a Silent Hill/Castlevania game.
I do not know any Silent Hill tracks off the top of my head, but I do know some Castlevania ones. Simon's Theme is my absolute favorite. It sends tingles of nostalgia down my spine every time I hear, or even think, of the song. Bloody Tears is epic as well.
Other than that... I really like the Duke Nukem 3D theme. haha

Tommy's work in Advent Rising was pretty good.
But my love goes to Harry Gregson-Williams work for the MGS series. I don't care if he stole some Russian dude's work, he made it much better.

The best music (radio sounds?) for the best final boss of the series.

Hmm, the Megaman X Spark Mandrill and Storm Eagle theme are pretty badass, also "Encounter" from MGS1.

From the top of my head, the Morrowind theme was great and I loved it although it was rlly short. Shadow of the Collosus was great too.
