Oh, Chernobyl.
I don't watch the show, but I know what it is.
Reminds me of that quote by Jason Salk, "If all the insects were to disappear from the earth, within 50 years all life on earth would end. If all human beings disappeared from the earth, within 50 years all forms of life would flourish."
I like "The Universe" a lot better, though. That and the crazy Apocalypse shows. I guess it's because "The Universe" is more factual than "what if", and the Apocalypse shows are either funny or tell interesting stories.

yeah, I will admit it's kinda mind boggling. And certain parts may seem a bit over exagerrated. It's not something I would want to watch on a regular basis myself although it is interesting.

Wow, thats a cool video! Looks very interesting, when I have some time I'll watch the whole thing in one sitting. This apocalypse thing sounds very scary if it was real... And a lot of things say that we are close to it. Games like Fallout 3 and movies like I Am Legend, the Knowing and upcoming 2012, rlly are all ideas on things that could happen to us, if we are not careful.

This has become one of the most interesting subjects to me.
What will happen if humans were wiped of the face of the earth?
I have been doing alot of reading and research on Chernobyl and Prypiat and I'm supposed to be going there by the end of this year. They allow tourists to visit the now closed city. It really is the most interesting "cities" out there to me.

Same here, back then when I played COD4 when it came out, I didn't know what a Chernobyl or Prypiat was and thought it was just some random city killed by the Russians... But now I know. Pretty interesting, I wish I could go there like you.
