Games based off movies have a bad reputation, mostly because they deserve it.
For developers to improve these games should they lean more toward getting the movies story perfect or getting the gameplay crisp and original, but sacrifing the plot somewhat?

Steve from Michigan, Vash7 on JTV.
Recently there was a rumor that the next version of the PSP will be removing the UMD drive in favor for internal storage. Can you see this tend(no more games on discs, only downloaded games) moving onto other platforms? If this trend does continue do you guys believe that store such as GameStop, EB Games, Etc... will go out of business?

suprem3 burrito from colorado springs colorado suprem3_burrito from chat my question
what are some games that you liked just for the cutscenes and storyline instead of gameplay and what do you think about games being unrealistic and games being more realistic? like GTA and Saints Row 2?

Kind of a strange question but on watching some recent films and playing recent games I began to wonder what sort of impact such things we take for granted nowadays such as the level of graphical detail in games would have if shown to someone around 50-70 years ago.
My question is if you were given the chance to go back to such a time period and showcase a single game to people who have seen nothing visually beyond black and white movies and general prop effects, what game would you wish to show to them and why?

Do you really think Wii would really go HD? I read in an article that some silly anaylst suggests that Nintendo might go the way of HD pretty soon. What is your opinion on this?

The other day, Brad was making fun of The Conduit for the Wii, and it got me thinking. I want to hear what you guys' thoughts are regarding a Wii FPS. Do you think the Wii could actually make a good and/or successful First Person Shooter? Or do you think that, due to the Wii's limitations regarding graphics as well as controls, the Wii should stick to other genres?

With E3 soon to be here, which console do you guys hope to have more news about improvements to the console (price drops, new hardware, accessories, games, ect.)? If nothing new was to be announced how do you see that affecting the console? What do you think would help the console’s future?

Yo, do you think that downloadable content for both the PS3 and Xbox are over priced, I know some content like the Titan pack for unreal is free and is great but other DLC like the new maps for Killzone 2 are way over price.
What is your opinion on this oh and do you think its unfair that the Fallout 3 DLC is only on the xbox 360 and PC but not on the PS3, even thou it continues the main story?
;D

Weird questions...but here it goes...
Whats your opinion on video game collecting?
It seems most of my friends that collect games accumulate daunting backlogs, take advantage of every sale to aquire more, and almost in OCD fashion pay for more games than they ever have time to play to their full potential. The collections end up collecting dust.
Cheapassgamer is at the root of most of my friends addictions.

In your opinion, which is the worst DLC you've ever downloaded? And what was it that made it so bad? (Both Console and/or PC-wise)

It's an obvious observation that movie-based games have gotten better since the days of E.T. There are some movie-based games out now-a-days that are actually very fun for people, even if for certain elements such as the swinging mechanics in Spiderman 2 and 3. Do you guys think that movie-based games will eventually grow into a better genre of gaming? And also, are there any movies that any of you wished a publisher had made into a game?
