I had a Sega CD as a kid...and even though Snatcher was a classic, and is still playable today, the majority of games on the Sega CD were a waste of time and money.
The one that I found to be the worst was probably Corpse Killer.
Look it up on youtube or something. It's just BAD.

well i was going throug my fairly small game colection and stumbled apon meddal of honnor european assault. i figured that i should try finishing it since i have beat every other game i have. so i was playing it and i emediatly noticed huge problems. one was that youre squad mates would not do anything but get in your way. another thing was that you could tell your team mates to gather in one place and folow you but no mater what you said they would still folow you. also there was a simple couver feachure but your teamates would never use it so you would have to babysit them and wast all your health paks on them. another thing was that you could go right through your teamates and enemies wich was a real pain in the neck especialy during a firefight and you are trying to pistal whip someone. the controls were ok but probably the most anoying thing in the game was that during sertain fights you would clear out a room and when you enter fifty more enemys would spawn and start killing you and then you would clear it out again and even more people spawn and it keeps on doing that untill you do a full out charge and die because they would keep on responing until you die. another big problem was that you were given some revies so if you died you would come back to life right were you fell but when you were killed then your oponent would run up to hou and start meleing you so when you get up you would have to back up emediatly wich suked especialy when ur pined against a wall and there were alot of enemys who keep on meeling you and have fully loded guns. now it may be that i just suck at playing games or the game just suks but ether way that game realy anoys me.

In all honesty when I played Superman 64 I was too young to realize how horrible it was, or why I was flying through floating rings.
But from recent memory I have to Alone in the Dark is one of the worst games I've played. Every feature the previews made me excited about turned out to be massive disappointments.
Oh, and I played the Two Worlds demo, that was about ten minutes of pain.

Ive actually had the displeasure of playing Superman 64, I happen to be scarred for life. I may have been younger, but I could certainly recognize a game that I hated. Thank god I had rented it.

F1 Pole Position 64 is the only game I've played that has actually made me physically ill.

Lifeline. That, by far, is the worst three dollars I have ever spent on a game.
It's like this science fiction action adventure randomly pigeonholed game where you order around some American looking Japanese named woman via USB headset. And it's so horrid it's comical. Tell her to go to the table, and she'll say, "Okay, I'll run to the bathroom."
You can make her bark like a dog though. I have no idea for what reason that was added, but it was kind of worth the three bucks.

John Woo's Stranglehold for the 360.
If anyone's been with me while I played it, they've heard my philosophy on getting my money's worth out of that game. (I don't believe it would be wise to say it here. xD)
But it's just cluster-- after cluster-- of enemies that come out of LITERALLY nowhere; the boss battles are completely cheap (aka: hit the man standing in the door of a shooting helicopter...with only twelve shots left in your pistol); and the grading system is completely flawed and unecessary.
There's a lot more to this game that make me wish I never bought it when I first got my 360, but it'll give me gallstones, so I'll stop.

Not necessarily the worst game ever, but it is the worst I have played. I'm very cautious when it comes to renting or buying games, but it was friday and I was in Blockbusters, so i decided what the heck. So I rented Ghost Recon Advance War Fighter... for PS2. Jesus, such a mediocre first person shooter. You didn't even need a scope to see soldiers in the distance moving like paper cutouts. At least I got Mercenaries after trading it back in next week, now thats a game worth playing. I played GRAW as well. And the animations for the enemies was terrible. They were almost doom- level animations except in a game that came generations after.

The worst game I have ever "played" was definitely Wii sports version of baseball, SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!!! I almost cried, and I never won. Wii sports baseball had a little bit of a fun side to it actually, but this is just coming off the top of my head.
