Not really villians but from my point of view...
5. The Last Space Invader- Space invaders (fast and small)
4. Cactuars- Final Fantasy series, especially 10 (Little...punk! I hate you!)
3. Ocelot- Metal Gear Solid series, Especially MGS3 (Show off!!! I envy you!)
2. THOSE FREAKIN MEDUSA HEADS!!!- Castlevania series (Cheap and deadly when paired with spikes and conveyor belts)
1. Navi- The Legend of Zelda: The Ocarina of Time (Why won't you leave me alone!!!)

1). Nurgles hero from mark of chaos
2). Ice troll from fable lost chapters
3). last boss in AC4 on hard
4). ninja gaiden, every enemy
5). baal in D2LoD on hardcore ( lost that fight so many times, and you know what that means on hardcore T.T)

its not really a villian more of a monster, but the nemesis from resident evil 3 now that guy was scary lol.
