[The Name Game]

Hey everyone! Invader Random here. ;D I kinda consider myself a regular of 4PP now, and though I see alot of you guys every night on the broadcast, something has been nagging me for a while now. Looking at so many interesting usernames...I wondered what they were all about.

I find usernames are interesting, as they kinda reveal somewhat who a person is, like part of their personality. Long story short, I think it would be really interesting if people posted their usernames in this thread, and, (if it's not a problem for you) tell why you chose that name, and what's it all about.

So, what's your username story? Nostalgia? Sentiment? Randomness? Something really personal to you? Or just something that popped into your head at some point and you decided to go with it? Doesn't matter!

So, I encourage EVERYONE of you, especially the 4PP team, to come in and spill their guts! (Not literally of course, then there'd be a huge mess)

I'll start things off with my username, Invader Random.

"Invader", well I guess you could say is influenced by the great Nickelodeon show Invader Zim.

The "Random", more signifies the eternal identity crisis I have in picking usernames on the internet. ???I've gone though more than 40, because I'm never satisfied with the name I pick. Also, I'm very random in how I think, and how I act in real life. So, one day I might insist on people calling me "Invader Xepher" or something completely different even. At any rate, Invader Random seems to be the username I can stick with...for now, anyway.

Anyways!

My username is complete randomness. xD I tried to think of the most random animal I possibly could and came up with the kiwi bird. They are quite possibly the most frightening looking birds I've ever seen. The only thing I felt could add even more scariness to the ever frightening kiwi bird would be for it to be psychic.
Hence, Psychic Kiwi Bird. ^^; I'm hellishly lame.

Coincidentally, invader, my username was inspired by Invader Zim as well. It was just a completely random scene in one of the episodes where Zim is shown being beaten into the ground by a demon made of ham, and so, being completely devoid of username creation skills, I came up with HamDemon.

PS: For those dissappointed about finding that I'M not the one who came up with the name: SUCK IT, lol just kidding

Hehehe... I changed my username for everything to this a year back. I used to play CS 1.6 (not that good) on a really fun server and sometimes when I did real bad I would lose it, I would "Meltdown." The name Aisukuriimu, Comes from my character named well...Aisukuriimu! Which means ice cream because of my character's personality, Happy yet doesn't last forever. Probably doesn't mean much to people but it does to me. But My other Nickname "Anton" Came from one of my friends when I was a kid, Since then I kinda liked it and have been using it forever as well.

Once upon a time, in the land of the young, I was a freshman in high school, and during that time, I had friends that decided upon themselves to call me Chives because they reminded me of a butler for some reason. So I was playing Counter Strike for a little while under the name Chives, and all of a sudden my game goes all glitchy, so I redownloaded and reinstalled the game again. When I went to put in my name, Moose was in the name slot, so I told myself "HMM OMGWTFBBQ?!" and put Moose and Chives together, and have been using the name Moose Chives ever since, and I lived happily ever after. The End.

When I joined up at gamefaqs, my username was Lord_Saxtus (I got Saxtus from a Redwall book, >__>). People starting calling me Sax, and different variations of it, like Saxilicious. Also, I never meant for Sax to be a sexual innuendo, or my PSN Teh_Sax....

This is actually the name of my fake US PSN account. I dunno where the inspiration came from, I was just trying to think of something that wasn't available. thecosmicfly seemed to fit. Then I just decided to use it on here.Personally, I hate usernames that aren't rememberable or consise. If it's the name of an overrated character with numbers thrown in either as other letters or at the end I usually tend to think, "Ugh, could have put at least some effort in choosing your tag idiot." I dunno it just irritates me most of the time. Of course, I do make some exceptions, but if the name is something like t3H_mAs7eR_cH1Ef993 I really won't give a f*ck about them.
