Hey guys, dig the show keep up the good work. What is your opinion about game designers setting up gameplay and story to where you feel a real emotional connection to npc's. Half life 2 did this well do you think there is any resistance in the gamer community and the media stopping any other emotion but stomp, chop, and kill?

When you guy's first started off, did you ever think you would get this big? Secondly, do you think having such a big fanbase has affected your personality and/or ego? Lastly, why do you think you've attracted such a huge fanbase?
Also, what do you think about DLC? :B

I'm looking to get either a PS3, Wii, or Xbox 360. I've been a bit out of touch with what console is good and what games are out. I like games like tomb raider and shooter games as well. Which one would you recommend, and what are some games you would recommend along with it? Thanks/

Last minute question, dunno if it was already posted
What do you guys think of Bioshock 2? Bioshock was a good game but sequels of games often end up being crappier then the originals or liked less by the fans. Does the game need a sequel? Do you think Bioshock had good potential for a sequel?
Edit: Another question pop'd to mind.
Bethesda obviously does a pretty good job with their RPGs (Example: Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3). What do you think about Bethesda's future RPGs and what they should do? Should they do more Post apocalyptic settings, go back to their more fantasy like setting, or other? What can they do to make their games more better and more immersible?

In relation to David's recent blog on motion control, I was wondering what the rest of you guys thought about motion control in games and whether it really makes a game any better or more immersive as opposed to a standard controller.
Do you believe future motion control will increase immersion and gameplay value once it is improved and is it likely that future consoles begin leaning more towards motion control?
